What are Brown Dwarfs? Are they Planets, stars, or something entirely different? According to scientists, they lie between planets and stars and can’t fuse hydrogen in their cores. Some of them are extremely cold, such as the one known as The Accident. It was discovered by chance in 2018. Brown dwarfs can help scientists understand both planets and stars, as well as how nuclear fusion begins.
